Joy + Taylor's Hot Springs Wedding

Taylor and Joy are absolutely beaming on their wedding day! They married at Mount Princeton Hot Spring Resort on the perfect May evening among friends, family and their adorable golden pup!

Joy purchased her Anne Barge gown during our 2018 Anne Barge trunk show! She said, “I went into Little White Dress with an open mind but knowing that I wanted a dress that was dreamy and timeless. Anne Barge’s wedding dresses are a mix of a modern day classic with a romantic feel. I narrowed it down to two Anne Barge gowns because they were beautiful and very figure flattering.”

Joy achieved her dream gown by combining two different Anne Barge dresses. She chose the bodice of the Anne Barge Chandler gown and the skirt of the Anne Barge Demi gown to create a custom combo gown that fit everything she was searching for.

LWD: Tell us a little about your gown shopping experience. What were you looking for in a dress and how did you narrow it down to your favorites?

Joy: I went into Little White Dress with an open mind but knowing that I wanted a dress that was dreamy and timeless. Anne Barge’s wedding dresses are a mix of a modern day classic with a romantic feel. I narrowed it down to two Anne Barge gowns because they were dreamy and very figure flattering.

LWD: How did you end up deciding on your Anne Barge wedding dress? What did you love most about your dress?

Joy: Little White Dress was having an Anne Barge trunk show and I ended up falling in love with two of her dresses. Anne Barge made a custom dress for me by taking the top of one dress and the bottom of another to make my perfect wedding dress. I love that the top of my dress had a modern day feel and the bottom of my dress was a classic ball gown. My dress is dreamy!

LWD: What was your favorite part of your wedding?

Joy: One of my favorite moments of our wedding was when everyone was outside holding sparklers and my husband and I had a romantic secret last dance. It was a moment I will never forget!
