Marci + Cameron's Micro-Wedding in the Colorado Mountains
Our bride Marci fell in love with the stunning New Fiona gown by Mira Zwillinger. She wore her dream gown to her intimate micro-wedding at a private ranch in Edwards in 2020.
We’ll let Marci tell the rest of the story:
“Cameron and I had recently moved out to Colorado before getting engaged. We were excited to share our new home with family and friends during a wedding weekend in Vail over Labor Day. 2020 had different plans - so when we knew we couldn't have a large celebration with people traveling in, we started dreaming up the next best thing: eloping on a casual but equally special day. The day of our wedding we dress rehearsed in our PJs with coffee in hand, went on a hike, and got married as the sun was setting over the Colorado peaks with only our parents present. It was perfect and we are so grateful to have been able to celebrate in such a challenging year!”
Marci’s Mira Zwillinger gown had a voluminous tulle skirt, sweetheart neckline, low back, and hand-placed ivory floral embroidery adorning the bodice. They exchanged their vows amidst Colorado’s beautiful mountain landscape and were joined only by the bride and groom’s parents. The specialness of their intimate ceremony was enhanced with a rustic ranch setting, stunning natural surroundings, an array of white floral arrangements and greenery to compliment the bride’s dress, and finished with white candles for a romantic feel.
