Claire Pettibone Gothic Angel Runway Show

Claire Pettibone's latest couture bridal collection, "Gothic Angel", is inspired by gothic cathedrals and includes details like intricate laces, shimmering beadwork and sequins, and embroidery made to look like stained glass. Claire Pettibone said, "The iconic angel comes to life, not on the feathered wings of an imagined future, but here and now, as a powerful and beautiful woman welcoming us to Heaven on Earth."

Little White Dress Bridal Shop had front row seats to the runway show, held at the romantic old world monastery-turned-luxury Highline Hotel, during Bridal Fashion Week in New York. From the metallic lace to the use of blues, blacks, and gold colors, the plunging backs, and sleeves resembling angel wings, a long list of details from this collection caught our attention. We say it every year and it's always true - this was absolutely the best Claire Pettibone collection yet!

Another fun detail was that all the models wore Emmy London shoes during the runway show. Emmy shoes and Claire Pettibone gowns are truly the perfect complement to one another - as many brides who have seen Emmy shoes at Little White Dress could tell you!
