Creative Blush Color Palettes
A blush color scheme may be the most popular wedding color palette of the past several decades. It offers a delicate, ethereal accent to any wedding aesthetic. But just because it's a popular color palette doesn't mean you have to settle on something that's been "done." There are so many fresh ways to include blush tones into your wedding, including bridesmaids dresses, florals, décor and menswear. We’re sharing the gorgeous weddings of four LWD brides who chose a blush-based color scheme with varying palettes, each creating their own unique and memorable looks.
Blush, Rose & Dusty Lavender
Jennifer & John chose a blush, rose and dusty lavender color palette, which is perfectly executed through Jennifer’s bouquet. Her four bridesmaids wore blush, dusty rose and grey which were accented by the groomsmen’s grey suits. John wore a dusty lavender tie which gorgeously pulled together their dusty berry color palette.
Blush, Burgundy, Ivory & White
Shannon & Luke chose a blush, ivory and white color palette accented by the deep greenery of their woodsy Boulder, Colorado backdrop. Shannon wore a white J.Mendel gown and incorporated blush, green and deep reds in her bouquet and centerpieces. The bridesmaids wore matching light blush dresses from Jenny Yoo.
Blush, Navy & Metallic
Corinne & Brandon chose a blush, metallic and navy color palette. Corrine’s stunning blush Galia Lahav gown is perfectly paired with sparkly, navy Jimmy Choo pumps that accent her groom’s navy suit with ease. Her bridesmaids and flower girl each wore rose gold sequin dresses with navy flowers, accenting the flower girl’s dress.
Blush, Pink & Coral
Caitlin & Brian’s rosy mountaintop wedding features many pink shades and pops of bright red and tangerine. Caitlin’s custom Liancarlo gown paired perfectly with her bridesmaid’s coral, blush and floral dresses. The men wore grey suits with bright red boutonnieres.
